Client-Specific Training Courses and Programs
Eristotle provides tailored online training packages, short courses and consultancy dedicated to the needs of the
business sector. These programs are typically used by companies for implementing new strategic
initiatives, treating issues of current importance, and creating cohesive teams among their managers.
Through customized programs, company benefits by having a number of individuals go through a
shared learning experience.
Process Flow
We follow below mentioned steps to develop client-specific
programs:
- Meet with the client organization to understand
its training requirements both in terms of curriculum
and logistics. We require from client organization
profiles of the intended participants, organizational
structure and contact person name and address.
- Draft a proposal to finalise the details of
the program regarding content, venue, charges,
number of participants and level of customisation
etc. Here, there may be a couple of iterations
to incorporate the client's feedback.
- Sign a contract with the client.
- Design the program according to the specifications
agreed upon.
- Deliver the program. The dates for delivering
of program will be finalized depending upon
the mutual convenience of the client organization
and Eristotle Institute.
The time span for the above steps may vary from
1-3 months depending upon the level of customisation.
If the level of customisation is low the lead
time for designing the program is short. However,
if the level of customisation is high whereby
teaching material is specially developed for the
program, then the lead time for designing the
program is long (2-3 months). The idea is to deliver
a quality program that responds effectively to
the training needs by working closely with the
organization.
Post-program assessment
All of our programs are thoroughly evaluated based
on the following criteria: course content, complexity,
delivery, materials, and instructor. Based on this
feedback, we make improvements and adjustments to
ensure the quality of our programs for our clients.
As a value added benefit, participants complete
a pre- and post-program knowledge assessment. One
way a company can determine the effectiveness of
the training (ROI) is to link evaluations and knowledge
assessments to performance goals. Copies of all
evaluations and assessments are provided to our
clients.
