Job Summary:
To plan and carry out direct marketing and sales activities, so as to maintain and develop sales of products of Eristotle to individual and corporate clients in accordance with agreed business plans. We require individuals with a dynamic approach over marketing and revenue generation techniques.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
Promoting the services of the company including the paid services and all newly launched services.
Will be expected to intiate contact with new clients and cater to existing ones if required.
Maintain up-to-date information on all client and prospect in the CRM database.
Contact potential clients to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets, and sell the advantages of Eristotle products.
Plan and carry out direct marketing activities (principally visit) to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales.
Develop an up-to-date knowledge of the characteristics and strengths of Eristotle products.
Prepare and give presentations/ demos to potential and existing clients
Prepare proposals and quotations for services for potential clients, in liaison with the Operations head.
Develop ideas and create offers for marketing to clients.
Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone, and personal visits.
Maintain and report on product suitability for direct marketing and sales to clients.
Support the Operations head in negotiating contracts.
Develop a good knowledge of the market; demand, competition and prices.
In addition BDO will be responsible to
Maintain relationships with existing customers through regular letters
Negotiate variations in price, delivery and specifications with clients after approval of Operations head
Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions
Record sales and order information for approvals and go ahead by Operations head
Review own sales performance
Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
Make accurate, rapid cost calculations
Feed future buying trends back to Operations head.

Ideal background would be in business support services and marketing. Able to communicate complex technical issues, with good presentation skills.
Self-motivated and adaptable to be able to work with minimal supervision.
Computer skills:
Must be adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Excel and Word, and ideally Access or similar database to basic level, Internet and email.
Literacy and Numeracy:
Able to understand profit and loss calculations and basic business finance, eg. gross margin percentages and calculations, depreciation, capital and revenue expenditure.
Must be a very competent writer of business letters, quotations and proposals.
Scale and Dimensions
Core: Market and sell product range of Eristotle.
Target sectors: All commercial businesses
Prospect database: Business directories, market
Minimum account value: PKR10, 000 or above
Monthly Minimum sales: PKR 60,000/-
Commission: 5% on Total sale
Increment, Bonus, Performance awards: Based on Performance
Probation: 1 month with subject to meeting of the criteria
Terms & Conditions:
Candidate will be tested on his first months performance. No fixed pay for the initial month instead bonuses will be promised on producing new clients.
If the target is acheived for the first month, the candidate will be made a permanent employee from the second month with fixed pay, travel and cellphone budgets alongwith performance bonuses.
Candidate is expected to have his own conveyance.
Candidate will provided with a sound portofolio and presentation material to be used for business development.
Commission based Contract.
1st month will be a performance testing period.
